Tzatziki sauce is great on salads, chips, sandwiches - name it and you can probably add tzatziki to it! Love this recipe - it's cool and creamy with a perfect amount of garlic.
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, grated, and squeezed to drain
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Mix ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
- Chill in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
