We are hosting a new kind of flower experience: Tulip Festivals! 250,000 tulip bulbs were carefully and thoughtfully planted among a sprawling 4-acre field back in November and the tulips are finally sprouting and opening up. At peak bloom the field will be bursting with color and adorned with more than two dozen photo-ops for guests to take advantage of.

Tulip Festivals are scheduled for weekends beginning Saturday, April 18^th and they will run through Sunday, May 3^rd. Festival guests can enjoy wandering through the tulip field, taking a hayride tour of the farm, playing in the all-ages Activity Area, visiting the friendly farm animals, and enjoying grub from gourmet food trucks and craft beer from the Beer Barn ft. Invertase Brewing. The tulip field and farm market will also be open on weekdays for visitors who enjoy a slower pace.

“We have admired what farms in South Jersey have been doing over the last few years with tulips and we wanted to try our hand at growing spring’s signature flower,” said Tim Von Thun, one of the managers of Von Thun Farms and a 5^th generation farmer. “Planning the color schemes and planting schedule for the tulips was a welcomed challenge and I really believe at peak bloom our customers are going to be excited by the experience we’ve curated for them.”
