After a year off due to COVID, our Farm to Table Dinner is making its return on Saturday, July 31st at 5:30 p.m.! Chef Kelly Carroll will be at it again cooking a delicious roundup of 8-10 tasing courses utilizing almost exclusively homegrown produce, beef, and honey from our farm.

Tickets to our Farm to Table Dinner are $110 per person and include:

– A hayride tour around the farm by one of the farmers (begins at 4:30 p.m. prior to the dinner)
– Admission to the New Jersey Sunflower Trail and 3 u-cut sunflowers (please visit prior to the dinner as the Trail closes at 6 p.m.)
– 8-course tasting menu served tableside (we may add on an additional 1-2 courses depending on crop availability)
– Sales tax & gratuity for our hardworking chefs and servers

The menu below is a sample menu and will be confirmed closer to the event once we know what crop availability is like:

– Chilled Vichyssoise w/ Chive Oil
– Watermelon – Arugula Salad w/ Crumbled Feta & a Honey-Infused Balsamic Dressing
– Roasted Beets with Goat Cheese Mousse
– Crispy Zucchini Napoleon/ with Fresh Tomato, Roasted Red Peppers and Fresh Mozzarella
– Braised Short Rib on a Bed of Rustic Mashed Potatoes and a Black Berry Demi Glace
– MIddle Eastern Kafta w/ a Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce
– Mixed Berry Trifle
– Old Fashion Peach Cobbler

This event is BYOB. There will be ice buckets to keep your beer & wine chilled, glasses, and cucumber-infused water available.
